Training Outline:

• Online sessions for your convenience guided by experts in the Mind-Body and Mental Health field

• 12 CNE contact hours

• Receive a Mindfulness Practitioner Certificate upon completion

To successfully complete this course and receive 12 CE contact hours, participants must:

• successfully complete a post-test with a score of 80% or higher

• attend 80% of 8 weekly sessions or watch recordings

After registration, participants will receive access to Teachable, the educational portal to access recordings and modules online.
