While taking the course you will learn the fundamentals such as:

• 13 Restorative Poses (poses are lying down or seated)

• Exploration of Yoga Nidra for relaxation and sleep

• Yoga Philosophy and the Chakras

• 3 Guided Meditations and Breathing Exercises to share with clients

• Clinical Applications and Safety for using Yoga

• Learn holistic approaches to Pain management

Course taught by Jim Keegan and Dr. Vanessa Ruiz, ND, RN-BSN

To successfully complete this course and receive 12 contact hours, participants must:

• attend 90% of 12 live sessions

• successful completion of a post-test and attendee must score 80% or higher

Sessions are held online and live. Please note that there are 3 sessions per week.
