  • 90% of live attendance when offered and view recordings of missed sessions

Is this course focused on teaching yoga to patients?

Yes, this course provides safe beginner friendly sequences that are accessible to all body types.

Are supplies required?
Recommended supplies include a yoga mat, two blocks, and pillows or bolsters (not included).

Do I need any textbooks to purchase?

No, course material is included. Other supplies for this course include 2 blocks, pillows, yoga mat that are not included in registration fee.
