attend 90% of live sessions (or watch missed recordings)

What times are the sessions?
Live online sessions are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays 4-6 pm.
What if I miss a session?
You have an option to watch the recording to make up for the session. Recordings will be emailed and made available 24-48 hours after the sessions.

Yes, the sessions are online and are recorded.
Will this class be offered again?
Yes, if you miss the start, classes will be offered a few times a year.
Do I need any textbooks to purchase?
No, course material is included. Other supplies for this course include 2 blocks, pillows, yoga mat that are not included in registration fee.
